Sobeonline1 makes every effort to get your order out as soon as possible. Items are generally shipped within one business day and are delivered within 1-5 days.
Please make sure to have a confirmed PayPal address otherwise we will not ship the item(s) until it is confirmed. Below is a link that explains how to confirm it.
After the payment has been made we will not redirect the item(s) to any other addresses than the one on file. Mailing address cannot be changed at any time during handling process.
Please contact us before your purchase if you have a deadline to meet. The EBay estimation is not always accurate.
Your item(s) will be shipped within one business day after the payment has been processed.
Extra shipping cost may be applicable depending on shipping location.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated by the carriers system.
International Buyers - Please Note:
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
- Any extra charges such as customs fee, import tax, duties, or any other carrier or tax fees are and always will be the buyer's responsibility.
- Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not included in the shipping charges.
- We will not under-value merchandise or mark it as a gift on customs forms. This is against U.S. and international laws.
- In case of return: We will charge the buyer for any extra charges such as shipping cost (to and from buyer) or any customs fees due to nonpayment of customs, import taxes, refusal of delivery, or carrier charges; and only provide a partial refund. In case the charges are greater than the cost of the item(s) purchased we will declare either abounded or destroyed to the carrier; consequently, the buyer will not be refunded.
- We ship our item mostly using DHL. Even though all packages are shipped within one business day and most international packages arrive to their final destination in less than 7 business days, some international packages may take as long as 3 to 4 weeks depending on each particular country's postal system. After it leaves the United States there is no way to have any update until it enters the country of delivery. If you need your package earlier than 3 to 4 weeks, please upgrade your shipping to Express Mail International.
- For orders being shipped to temporary stay addresses - such as hotels - we are not liable for failure to receive items in cases of late delivery, or lost packages.
Return Policy
SOBEONLINE1 provides a 30-DAY Return Policy provided that the procedures and requirements referred to below are followed:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
If an item has been opened and/or used, a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange. All returns require an authorization from one of our representatives issued within 30 days after the date of purchase. The item needs to be shipped back with a valid tracking number within the 30 days time frame. Products that are returned to SOBEONLINE1 with missing, damaged or altered Box, Parts, or Accessories will be refused and shipped back to you.
All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
Defective Items
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt has to be returned within 4 Days of receipt and can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund. After returning the item, we will have our team inspect the phone to verify if it has a defect as stated in the reason of return. We have the right to charge a 20% restocking fee in case the phone returned has no defect and are in a 100% working condition.
Replacement
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
Returning Items
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.
Important: "Google Account" Please makes sure to remove your Google account from your Smartphone device before doing a factory reset and returning the phone back to us. If you do not remove the Google account, the phone will be locked to your Google email address and we won't be able to access the device.
We have the right to decline any return sent back to us with a Google account or to charge a fee to have the phone unlocked by a third party.
Restocking Fee:
Please note if the item you return is used there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your credit. You may receive a refund for the item less a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to ship the item back to us.
